But if something happens, we’re here for you. If you need support
you may call the help desk at 847.247.0700. The standard help desk
hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM Central time.
ABG's Enabled IT has the ability to remotely access any computer or
device on your network. This lets us respond to a user’s "How
do I..." question by taking control of their PC (with
their permission, of course), and demonstrating how to perform
the task. This remote access also lets us analyze a problem, and in
many cases, resolve the problem without the travel time required to
get on-site.
Some problems, though, just require on-site service. For those problems,
ABG’s technicians schedule the service call with you so that
we can quickly and effectively resolve the problem. If anything happens
that would delay that service call, you are contacted immediately by
the technician so that you are inconvenienced as little as possible.
ABG uses a help desk management system to manage service requests,
coordinate resources, and confirm successful outcomes. We also document
all client information in one location. This information, user profiles,
network design data, appropriate passwords and all special requirements,
ensures that any ABG employee working on your service issue has the
information they need to solve the problem. |
